2. My experience with Patrick has gone full circle! He facilitated the challenging purchase of my home ten years ago when it was a foreclosure and we had to deal with a not-very-responsive seller (bank), worked through the process of negotiations, infrastructure challenges, mortgage application process, and finally, closing. And now, ten-plus years later, selling the same house with a whole new set of challenges -- namely, finding out the house property lines were compromised with a neighboring lot. He was able to work with the county tax folks, planning commission, and environmental health division to assist in getting a highly complex situation ironed out! His level of patience, knowledge with the process, and ability to effectively communicate issues and resolutions with other agents is of the highest caliber, and I think it's why he's such an integral part of the buying/selling process. I could NOT have completed this sale without him. I also greatly appreciate his confidence and level of respect he has for the buyer/seller. He is very knowledgeable regarding Short Term Rentals in the Smokies of East TN  You tell him what you want, what you are interested in and he will find it.
