MLS Search Tools

There are many ways to use the MLS Search function on this site: Look at the tabs at the top of the page. you will see:

CITY, ZIP CODE, MLS #, MAP

City Search

To look up properties in a specific city, you can click on Search MLS and pick from one of the cities or towns listed there, or you can simply click on one of the Cities listed on the right hand Navigation menu.

Zip Code

This is another an easy way to narrow down a search. Just enter the known Zip code and pull every listing in that area.

Price Search

Again, click on the Search MLS link, or, if you click on one of the City links on the right hand side of the main page, you can look up properties in that city by price range (200,000-300,000 etc)

MLS Search

If you know the MLS number of a property, this is the easiest, fastest way to find it.

Map Search

This is probably the coolest way to search, but it is the slowest in terms of internet speed because when you pull up a map, it automatically populates with all the listings in that area. It can take 30 to 45 seconds to populate a large area. But the benefit is that you can see, at a glance, where the target property is in relation to your desired location. You can speed things up by choosing City and Price range and then clicking on the map, to eliminate showing all properties on  the map, but just the price range in which you are interested.

Each individual property that you click on through this website, will have its own individual financial calculator. In addition, the individual properties will have a Google map locator, as long as it is in the geo-locator system.
